Eligibility
U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident alien; Doctoral degree conferred no more than 2 years prior to award year; Propose research in mathematics or statistics; Not previously a PI/co-PI on an NSF award (excluding GRFP); Not have previously been offered an award by MSPRF; Doctoral degree conferred before postdoctoral appointment start date
Requirements
Proposal must be clear, legible, and conform to guidelines; Specific typeface and font size requirements; Margins must be at least one inch; No more than six lines of text per vertical inch
Application materials
Cover Sheet; Project Summary (1 page limit); Project Description (3-5 pages); Biographical Sketches (3 pages limit); Letters of Reference Writers (3 or 4 required); Sponsoring Scientist Statement
