A comprehensive 24-month mentoring and leadership development initiative by the American Psychological Association for early career social and behavioral scientists focused on health disparities research.

Eligibility
Postdoctoral fellow or early career faculty; Strong commitment to a career in research focused on health disparities; Early-stage investigator (completed terminal research degree or post-graduate clinical training within the past 10 years and has not previously competed successfully as PD/PI...; Hold a doctoral degree in a behavioral science discipline (e.g., psychology, anthropology, public health, sociology, economics, neuroscience, epidemiology, biotechnology),...; Support from institution to submit grant applications as a principal investigator; Have not received R01 funding
Requirements
Submit a grant application if selected; Attend in-person/hybrid sessions and webinars; Complete evaluations of the program at multiple time-points
