Current or registered graduate students; Recent undergraduates (less than one year since graduation); Undergraduate students with previous internship experience (exceptional circumstances); Citizen of the United States; Lawfully admitted for permanent residence and seeking citizenship; Admitted as a refugee or granted asylum and filed declaration of intention to become a lawful permanent resident
Requirements
Keen interest in international affairs, Congress, and foreign policy; Proficiency in a second OSCE language is an asset; Policy Fellows: Excellent writing, analysis, research, and oral presentation skills; interest in government, international relations, and human rights; Communications Fellows: Excellent writing and editing skills; basic understanding of WordPress; knowledge of social media platforms; interest in government; photography skills...

Brief cover letter (why work for the Commission, relevant background, specific areas of interest, availability); Resume (no more than two pages); Writing sample (three pages or less); Optional for Communications Fellows: Samples of work (copywriting, graphic design, videos, photography)
