Recipients must have a current membership in ASA at the time the award is given, except where the award is specifically intended for non-members/non-sociologists.; Faculty teaching sociology in community colleges; Community college sociology faculty; Part-time contingent faculty; High school teachers of sociology; Nominee must be a graduate student.
Requirements
Must be a regular member or high school teacher member of ASA to participate in the Expert Spotlight Program; Completed nomination form.; Nominee's name, address, email, program, university, advisor's name and email.; Information on completed Ph.D. degree status and conferral date.; Paper word count and citation if published.; Advisor verification signature.
