Citizens or nationals of the U.S. or otherwise "protected individuals"; Members of groups underrepresented in their fields; First-generation college attendees; Enrolled in a research-based Ph.D. program in specified fields; Aspire to a teaching and research career; Have not yet earned a doctoral degree

Requirements

Complete dissertation; Teach one course each semester; Offer a college lecture or departmental seminar; Participate in intellectual and cultural life of the College
