Must reside in the United States or Canada.; Must be U.S. or Canadian citizens or international students with a valid student visa.; Doctoral and Dissertation Fellowship applicants must be candidates for a Ph.D. or Th.D. degree at an ATS-accredited graduate school in the U.S. or Canada.; D.Min. students and others in practical degree programs are not eligible for the Dissertation Fellowship.; Postdoctoral Fellowship scholars must complete all Ph.D./Th.D. work and defend dissertations by June 30, 2027.
