Award amount

Up to $50,000 of principal and interest of educational loans per year.

Eligibility

Qualified health professionals.; Must have qualifying educational loans equal to or in excess of 20% of annual salary.; Must agree to conduct qualifying research for a minimum of two years (three for General Research LRP).

Requirements

Submit a signed contract with Terms and Conditions.; Provide description and supporting documents for outstanding qualified educational loans.; Conduct qualifying research as an NIH employee or at an eligible sponsoring institution.; Provide written verification of loan payment crediting.; Comply with relevant NIH policies and regulations.
