Must apply and meet three requirements; Demonstrate DEI commitment through specific actions; Pay a living wage at or above MIT Living Wage Calculator; Provide tools, resources, and support for intern success; Offer broad exposure to firm's work and build intern's skillset

How to apply
Complete LAF Ignite Internship Provider Application; Complete Summer Internship Details form annually; Interviews with students take place in January and February; Final placements decided by early March; Internships begin in May or June
