Eligibility
Must meet graduate program requirements and hold equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree.; First/bachelor's degree earned more than seven years before enrollment makes one ineligible.; Military service grants two additional years of eligibility.; Undocumented students and DACA recipients are eligible to apply.; Those with a graduate degree remain eligible if their first/bachelor's degree was earned in 2020 or later.
