Eligibility

ABS members in good standing for at least two years; Not a member of the Subventions Committee during the year of application

Requirements

English-language books exploring Brahms's life, works, or epoch; Must have a signed contract or letter of acceptance from a publisher; Must maintain ABS membership through the grant period; Must acknowledge the subvention in the publication

Contact information; Brief CV (max 3 pages); Short abstract (approx. 1,000 words) and table of contents; One or two representative chapters in PDF format (max 10,000 words); Signed contract or letter of acceptance from publisher; Detailed explanation of expenses
