Eligibility
Must be connected to a university or institution that supports Holocaust research; Must have received Ph.D. within the last five years; Must be able to focus on research without full-time employment commitments; Must have completed all Ph.D. requirements, including thesis defense, before the application deadline; Candidates receiving over $25,000 in outside funding (excluding tuition grants) are ineligible
Requirements
Commit to full-time employment primarily in Holocaust Studies for at least five years post-doctorate; Attend and present research at an annual summer week-long conference; Maintain good standing in a post-doctoral program focused on or supporting Holocaust studies

General information; Resume/CV; Full outline of PhD dissertation and 1-2 chapters of work; Detailed project proposal (max 10 double-spaced pages); Confirmation of PhD completion; Three letters of recommendation
