JPY362,000 per month for PhD holders
Eligibility
Citizen or permanent resident of eligible countries (US, Canada, EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Russia); Engaged in research for at least 3 years in an eligible country; Obtained doctoral degree within 6 years of April 1 of the fellowship year; Currently enrolled in doctoral course, expected to receive PhD within 2 years; Not previously awarded a JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship
Requirements
Host researcher must be affiliated with an eligible Japanese research institution; Host researcher must be a full-time researcher (or equivalent); Host researcher can submit up to three applications

Selection through Open Calls (applications from Japanese institutions) or Nominations (recommendations from overseas authorities).
