Unrestricted donations below $1,000 require a signed Incoming Object Receipt.; Restricted donations must be arranged with a Librarian and approved by the Library Committee.; Donations of 25+ objects require advance arrangement, a signed Incoming Object Receipt, and an itemized inventory.; Donations valued over $1,000 require advance arrangement, a signed Deed of Gift Form, and an independent appraisal.; Archival donations require advance arrangement with a Librarian and a signed Deed of Gift Form.
