Valid Sponsor's Nomination Form required for all applicants (except online courses).; Sponsor certifies official endorsement and approval to represent the agency.; Sponsor certifies applicant will receive leave with regular pay.; Sponsor certifies applicant will have no other duties during the course.; Sponsor certifies applicant will return to former or equal/greater responsibility position.
