International Furnishings and Design Association Scholarships
IFDA EF Scholarships require a major in Interior Design or a related program. Applicants must attend school in the US. Funds are paid directly to the recipient's school.
Major in Interior Design or a related design/furnishings program.; Must attend school in the U.S.; Undergraduate and graduate students attending U.S. institutions.; Applications must be in English.; For 2027, undergraduate applicants must graduate no earlier than the end of fall semester 2027.; For 2027, graduate applicants must be enrolled or accepted for summer/fall 2027 and graduate no earlier than end of fall semester 2027.
Requirements
Completed four design courses in post-secondary education.; Transcript of coursework verifying status and GPA.; Essay explaining goals, interests, volunteer work, and inspiration.; One design project example with process details and drawings.; Two additional individual images (drawings/renderings).; Letter of recommendation from an instructor/professor.
