Requirements
Research Travel Fellowships: Conduct research outside of the United States and outside of Afghanistan; Afghanistan Research Grant: Conduct research and support writing inside the United States; Individuals may apply for both if they meet restrictions and demonstrate distinction between projects; Funds cannot be used for travel to or in support of traveling to Afghanistan; Manuscript in Word format; Completed IPR form (PDF)
