Ph D Student Fellowship - IEEE Electron Devices Society
IEEE Electron Devices Society offers a PhD Student Fellowship to support PhD study and research in electron devices. Awarded annually with a US $5,000 prize.
Must be an IEEE EDS student member at the time of nomination.; Pursuing a doctorate degree within the EDS field of interest full-time.; Continue studies at the current institution with the same faculty advisor for twelve months after receipt of award.; Sponsor must be an IEEE EDS member.; Previous award winners are ineligible.
