Cite HHWF in publications/discoveries.; Foreign students need appropriate US visa documentation.; If no SSN, enter 'NA'.

Application materials

Reference letters from three former professors or supervisors.; Prospective supervisor can comment in sponsor's letter but is not a required reference.; Four other reference letters required, one from thesis advisor.; 5-page research proposal.; Miscellaneous letter for intent to obtain visa documentation.
