Requirements
Student: Eligibility info, educational history, up to 5 contributions to science, PhD research overview (3 pages max), leadership prompt responses, career statement, joint...; Advisor: Academic background, contributions to science, relevant primary research articles, prior trainees/outcomes, current research support, letter of support (2 pages max),...; Reference: Letter of support describing promise, research career commitment, leadership potential, and passion for excellence/inclusion.
