Eligibility

Must have a doctoral degree (PhD, MD or equivalent).; Must be in a position to initiate and direct own independent lines of research.; Early Career grants require team members to direct a research group.; Program grants are for independent researchers at any career stage.; Teams of 2-4 members.

Requirements

Focus on novel, interdisciplinary basic research.; Address risks and outline mitigation strategies.; Applications for applied or medical research are ineligible.
