Create an account in ProposalCentral; Navigate to 'Grant Opportunities' and filter by 'HFSP'; Click 'Apply Now' for the desired fellowship; Complete sections 1-9, saving frequently; Validate the application and sign the LOI; Submit the completed Letter of Intent
