Requirements
Copy of applicant's curriculum vitae.; Dissertation prospectus or introduction (10 pages maximum).; Tentative time schedule for project completion.; Policy statement from dean/department chair regarding fees and tuition.; Two letters of reference from persons familiar with applicant's performance.
