Eligibility

Doctoral students from Germany and abroad; Applicants whose dissertation topic necessitates use of Wolfenbüttel holdings; U.S. citizens or permanent U.S. residents (American Friends grants); Early career scholars up to three years after doctoral degree (American Friends grants); PhD candidates and scholars up to three years after PhD (AFHAB Conference Support)

Research on dissertation topic necessitates use of Wolfenbüttel holdings; Application form; One-page project description; Endorsement; Travel budget detailing specific amounts for air and/or rail travel and intended dates of travel (American Friends grants); Proof of official acceptance of papers (AFHAB Conference Support)
