Requirements
Must have a valid US passport two months prior to travel.; Must be able to travel and live in close quarters.; Must commit to both years of programming.; Must be working on their first Bachelor's degree.; Must be in good academic standing.

Online application via OpenWaters platform.; Five short answer/essay questions.; Recent unofficial transcripts.; One letter of recommendation.
How to apply
Apply using the apply link and set up an account.; Compose essays offline and cut/paste into the application.; Provide references with at least 2 weeks' notice.; References submit signed PDF letters on institution letterhead.; References receive an email with instructions to upload letters.
