Must be a U.S. citizen or national.; Must be an undergraduate student in good standing at a U.S. accredited institution.; Must be receiving or provide proof of receiving a Federal Pell Grant.; Must be applying to or accepted to a credit-bearing study abroad or internship program.; Must apply for programs in countries with U.S. Department of State Travel Advisory Level 1 or 2.
