Eligibility

Organizations of every type, domestic and foreign, government and private, for profit and not-for-profit, may submit proposals.; Research involving non-U.S. organizations will be conducted on the basis of no exchange of funds.

How to apply

Proposals are submitted electronically via NSPIRES or Grants.gov.; A two-step or two-phase proposal process may be required.; Notice of Intent to Propose is sometimes required.

Important dates

Full proposals due starting no earlier than June 12, 2019, through no later than April 30, 2020.; Solicitation issued March 14, 2019.; Updates made October 24, 2019, July 9, 2019, and March 19, 2019.
