How to apply

Log into NSPIRES and select 'Create proposal'.; Select 'Prior-phase Proposal' and click Continue.; Select the Step-1 proposal radio button and click Continue.; Update proposal summary and complete cover page elements.; Upload required documents, including budget and HEC description if needed.
