Proposal summary (abstract) must be updated.; Cover page elements must be completed.; Program Specific Data questions must be answered.; Total budget file must be uploaded as a separate PDF.; HEC resources document may be uploaded as 'Appendix'.
How to apply
Log into NSPIRES and select 'Create proposal'.; Select 'Prior-phase Proposal'.; Select the Step-1 proposal radio button.; Click Continue through proposal details.; Update proposal summary and check program restrictions.
