Must be submitted electronically by the deadline.; Cannot be relatives of the applicant.; Cannot be representatives of U.S. Embassy, Fulbright Commission, ECA, or IIE.; Cannot provide invitation letter or foreign language evaluation.; Letter must be in English or translated to English.
