Requirements

Must be submitted electronically by the deadline.; Cannot be relatives of the applicant.; Cannot be representatives of U.S. Embassy, Fulbright Commission, ECA, or IIE.; Cannot provide invitation letter or foreign language evaluation.; Letter must be in English or translated to English.

Applicant registers recommender in the online system.; Recommender receives an email with a unique link.; Upload letter via the provided secure webpage.; Complete certification as recommender/evaluator.; Submit letter before the deadline.
