Requirements

Complete the evaluation electronically via a unique link.; Submit evaluation by the specified deadline; no exceptions granted.; Do not serve as a recommender and language evaluator for the same applicant.; Evaluators cannot be relatives, embassy/commission representatives, or IIE/ECA/CIES members.

Applicant registers evaluator, triggering an invitation email.; Click the unique link in the invitation email to access the evaluation form.; Complete the evaluation using supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).; Interview applicant and use ACTFL guidelines for rating proficiency.; Preview, save, and submit the evaluation before the deadline.
