Proof of U.S. Citizenship (passport, birth certificate, or naturalization papers); Unofficial transcripts from all attended colleges/universities (two or more semesters); Personal statement (750 words max.) highlighting motivations, background, experiences, and skills; Maximum two-page resume highlighting leadership skills; Most recent Financial Aid Award Letter (if applicable); Most recent FAFSA Submission Summary (if applicable, or complete FAFSA)
