Undergraduate Internship in Public History
Florida Atlantic University offers undergraduate history students an internship in public history, providing hands-on experience in historical and preservation communities.
Admission is by permission only.; Students must have completed HIS 4065 or a comparable course.; Students with a strong interest in the program may also apply.
Requirements
Enroll for one to three credits per semester, up to six credits total.; Work approximately 30 hours per credit.; Keep a journal of activities.; Engage in preparatory reading.; Meet regularly with the internship supervisor.
