Gather interest at your university.; Review Student Chapter Authorization and Regulations.; Submit a formal application with a single PDF document.; Include cover letter, university endorsement, advisor/contact list, and member/officer list.; Wait for formal approval from EERI.

Application materials

Cover letter to EERI stating Chapter qualifications.; Letter confirming university endorsement.; List of proposed Faculty Advisor(s) and Contact Member(s).; List of at least six (6) active EERI student members and proposed Chapter Officers.

How to apply

Submit a formal application using the online EERI Student Chapter Application Form.; Upload a single PDF document with required items.

Important dates

Send EERI an annual report about chapter activities by June 1st.
