Eligibility

University with a program related to earthquake engineering or hazard reduction.; At least one full-time faculty member active EERI member as Faculty Advisor.; University department chairman endorsement.; Minimum of six undergraduate or graduate students active EERI student members.

Requirements

Submit an online Student Chapter Application Form.; Include a cover letter stating chapter qualifications.; Include a letter confirming university endorsement.; List proposed Faculty Advisor(s) and Contact Member(s).; List at least six active EERI student members and proposed Chapter Officers.
