Award amount

Travel costs tiered from 175 to 700 euros based on distance.

Eligibility

Fellows not yet working at the host institute at the start of the fellowship.; Legal partner and children (ages 2-18, or older if in school) of the fellow are eligible for travel support.

Requirements

Fellows must inform EMBO if they received support from the host institute or third party.; Fellows must sign a declaration acknowledging understanding of the policy.; Receipts are generally not required, but EMBO may request proof of costs.; Full allowance must be returned if fellowship terminates within 6 months.; Half allowance must be returned if fellowship terminates between 7 and 12 months.
