Fellows selected based on leadership track record, potential for future impact, and commitment to lifelong engagement.; Innovative Entrepreneurs Program: ages 32-45, leading for-profit enterprises with positive social impact.; Global Scholars: typically 20 to 30 years old, American university graduates.
