travel must occur within one year of award; submit a copy of final product to the Eisenhower Foundation if research results in a thesis, dissertation, book or article; Serve in World War II between September 1, 1939 and March 31, 1946.; Letter or e-mail from Eisenhower Library on relevant collections; Summary (not to exceed five pages) of research subject and scope; Curriculum vitae including academic background and publications
