Full-time, promotion-eligible, research-intensive faculty at a PhD-granting accredited U.S. university.; Faculty status began on or after January 1, 2025.; Last terminal degree conferred on or after January 1, 2017.; Eligible to apply for independent external research funding.; Do not have other substantial sources of research funding (excluding intramural or startup funding < $750,000).; Not PI of NIH R/K award, NSF CAREER award, or other substantial award (> $250,000/year).
