Must hold a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, DDS, DVM, DO, or equivalent degree.; Must have two mentors: one in computational science (dry lab) and one in cancer biology (wet lab).; Basic/physician-scientists must have received degrees no more than 5 years prior to deadline.; Must not have been in mentors' labs for more than 24 months prior to deadline.; Must not hold other concurrent postdoctoral fellowships.; Candidates holding or awarded NIH K awards are not eligible.
Requirements
Must devote 100% of time to research (80% for physician-scientists).; Must apply prior to initial assistant professorship appointment.; Proposals must not be direct extensions of graduate work.; Must apply to the NIH Loan Repayment Program to be eligible for Damon Runyon debt repayment.
