Eligibility

U.S. citizens or permanent residents, or citizens of U.S. territories; Applying to or accepted to a graduate program at a U.S. accredited institution; Must maintain a cumulative 3.30 GPA

Requirements

Participate in annual Foster Scholar Orientation and Communication Training; Develop an outreach product; Provide at least one presentation about the program and research; Complete a 4-6 week program collaboration (required for doctoral, optional for master's); Attend Capitol Hill Ocean Week
