Eligibility

United States citizens, permanent residents, or citizens of a U.S. territory.; Pursuing an advanced degree in oceanography, marine biology, or maritime archaeology.; Attending U.S. accredited institutions.; Must have a cumulative 3.30 GPA to apply and maintain it.; Students in all stages of Masters or Ph.D. studies are eligible.

Requirements

Submit a pre-application by the due date.; Submit a full application if invited.; Provide two signed letters of recommendation.; Submit a copy of the first two pages of the Student Aid Report (SAR) from FAFSA.; SF-424 form must be completed.
