Must be U.S. citizens (or nationals) or permanent residents.; Must be a current graduate student or have served in a position requiring a doctoral degree for no more than 18 months.; Research plan must align with EAR disciplinary programs.; May not have been a component of a previously submitted proposal.; Same project must not have been submitted concurrently to another NSF program.

Requirements

Proposals must be submitted by individuals.; Individuals may submit only one fellowship proposal to EAR per year.
