DHS federal employees appointed as Ordering Officials; Non-warranted, non GS-1102 personnel

Requirements

Completion of 40 hours of basic contracting orientation training within the preceding 5 years; Annual completion of 1-hour procurement ethics training; Annual completion of 8 hours of skills currency training

DHS Form 0783-1; Training certificates; Skills currency documentation

How to apply

Submit DHS Form 0783-1 through the supervisorial chain of responsibility to the Head of Contracting Activity (HCA) for CPO processing.
