Open to IEEE members and qualified scientists/engineers outside IEEE.; Young-professional award: 3-10 years of career experience.; Lifetime Achievement award: Minimum 20 years of experience.

Nomination letters submitted by a third person.; Detailed CV of candidate.; Explanation of nominee's qualifications and nominator's familiarity.; At least two endorsement letters from IEEE members.; Self-nominations are not permitted.
