IEEE DEIS is seeking nominations for President, Vice-Presidents, and AdCom members-at-large. Nominees must be IEEE-DEIS members. Deadlines are June 1, 2026, and August 1, 2026.

Eligibility

Must be IEEE-DEIS members in good standing.; Affiliate members are not eligible.; Aim for balanced representation between industry and academia.; Seek global representation across regions.; Value broad participation and diversity of backgrounds.

Requirements

For member-at-large: picture (last 2 years), short bio (up to 350 words), candidate statement (150-200 words).; For officers: information relevant to election/appointment process.; Name, position held/institution, DEIS position, phone number, email address.

Important dates

Member-at-large nominations deadline: June 1, 2026.; Officer nominations deadline: August 1, 2026.; Member-at-large terms begin: January 1, 2027.; Officers appointed by AdCom in autumn 2026.
