Eligibility

Applicants who speak English as an additional language must demonstrate proficiency.; Requirement may be waived if degree was completed at a recognized university where English is the language of instruction and an official language of the country.

Requirements

TOEFL iBT (before Jan 21, 2026): 92; TOEFL iBT (on/after Jan 21, 2026): 4.5; MET: 64 (no skills area below 53); IELTS (Academic): 7; CAEL: 70 (no band score lower than 60); PTE Academic: 65 (nothing below 54)

How to apply

Request a waiver during the application process if eligible.; Submit official test scores taken within two years of application.

January 21, 2026: Date marking the change in TOEFL scoring scale.
