Eligibility

Permanent residents of Hong Kong; Pursuing full-time PhD in natural sciences, medicine, or technology outside Hong Kong; First-Class Honours (or equivalent) in first degree or higher degree (MSc/MPhil) expected before start of studies

Requirements

Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong; Must be pursuing a PhD outside of Hong Kong; Must have or expect First-Class Honours or equivalent; Must return to Hong Kong within six years of graduation for Start-up Allowance eligibility
