Eligibility
Must be able to stay alert and focused for several hours at a time; Must be able to maintain prescription medication dosage without assistance; Must be able to perform necessary self-care independently; Must be able to navigate transportation between housing and institute site independently; Must be able to work effectively in a team under stressful conditions; Must be able to communicate ideas and concerns effectively
Requirements
Attend mandatory pre-program orientation; Attend all daily classes and activities; Submit medical information form and physician's statement for independent review; Maintain health status and inform program of any changes; Follow instructions on travel, risk management, and personal care; Adhere to code of conduct regarding verbal and physical behavior
