Eligibility
Liberal arts colleges committed to increasing faculty diversity; Institutions willing to interview at least one candidate every other year; Institutions willing to make an offer of appointment at least once every three years
Requirements
Submit a letter of interest to the host institution; Indicate commitment to the guiding principles of the Consortium; Provide a description of institutional commitments to diversity and faculty development programs
