Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Public Policy Fellowship
A nine-month paid fellowship program in Washington, D.C. for recent college graduates interested in public policy, leadership development, and advancing the Latino community.
Bachelor's degree earned within three years of program start date; High academic achievement (preference for 3.0 GPA or higher); Demonstrated leadership skills and potential; Commitment to public service-oriented activities; U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or individuals authorized to work full-time without restriction; DACA recipients with valid employment authorization
Requirements
Attend 9-day orientation and weekly leadership development sessions; Work minimum 32 hours per week at placement site; Complete community service hours; Participate in all CHCI-sponsored activities; Research, write, and publish an issue brief on a topic impacting the Latino community; Comply with CHCI work performance and conduct policies
